If you're suffering from sicknesses and need to pile in the nutrients to heal, you need to pack more green leafy veg in than you can eat in a day (realistically). Smoothies are a great way to consume loads with a fairly sweet taste.
Put it all in a blender for 1-2 mins until as smooth as you want it. Add more water if you want it thinner.
