My recipes will save you time. They are nutritionally balanced and seasonal, non complicated and packed with veg. Eat these and know you’re getting your 5 a day (at least), lessening your damage to the planet AND putting healthy meals on the table.
I LOVE food so they’re tasty too – just ask my kids!
(just to be clear – I believe eco-friendly means reducing meat and dairy and thinking instead about the quality and source, so these recipes are plant based, but not entirely vegan)
To avoid confusion – some of my recipes are available to all, some are kept for my club members only. You’ll get them all here.
Access to the MEAL PLANNING SOFTWARE
Meal planning was a game changer for me, and I think it can really save you time in the long run. What really helps is having a system to record your meals and keep your meal plan safe (how many times have I lost my paper one?! – countless!).
My software lets you create a plan, add in meals from the database (or add your own in), easily move meals around, make notes, check nutritional values, amend the servings and print off a shopping list. Which you can even add your other items to so it’s all in one place! It’s pretty neat!
SUGGESTED MEAL PLANS
Let’s make this whole thing take even less time! I suggest meal plans for you which you can use as is, or tweak with some of my other recipes, or even add in your favourites from other places. Whatever makes this simple and ACTIONABLE!

The knowledge that you're reducing your impact
The internet is a minefield of information, both on what to eat and how to be more eco-friendly. Trying to figure out what YOU should and can do next is overwhelming (I would know – I was stuck at the ‘I’d like to do something but don’t know where to start’ point for years!).
And most the eco changes take time to find alternatives, or money. The joy of this club is that just by using my recipes, you’re already reducing your impact, and each recipe has eco tips so you can see how you’re doing this or how you can do a bit more. Simple.

An extra word from me…
Just remember that where you spend your money is a matter of priorites. We easily spend money on clothes or a new phone, but often baulk at spending money on our health, like organic foods, or getting advice. Want to look and feel good? Choose to get healthy!
Having decent health, a clear head and a body that’s not always tired makes life sooo much easier! It’ll make you a better friend, parent and partner too! I’ve been there and I know this is true!
About me
After finally reaching the point in my life where I was fed up with my health and it’s continuous deterioration; of itchy skin, gut pains, poor energy, mental health issues, allergies and colds, I did some of my own investigations and discovered my underlying cause – chronic inflammation.
The best way to resolve this? Mainly through a diet overhaul, plus some lifestyle changes. It’s made a massive difference!
Achieving these changes gave me the confidence to make more! So I took my family around the world, and decided to act upon my desire to do more to protect this beautiful planet that I’ve been lucky enough to explore.
Now this is my passion. I’ve returned to my Biology roots, studied nutrition, swotted up on sustainability and left my role in Corporate Finance so that I can help you move to eco-friendly eating too and see the health, energy, life and environmental impact improvements that I have.
I used to be a super fussy eater and ate very few vegetables, so my diet transformation really has been pretty epic! Not only do I eat vegetables now, I actually love them! I’m more that happy to share how I did that. Even my kids love veggies 🙂 I found a way to motivate myself to make huge changes and I want to share it.
What to expect from working with me? I’m a compulsive planner, and I need to know the why of things, so you’ll find my programs logical and broken down step by step. A clear path to success makes things so much easier!

– that we can all change if we have proper motivation and keep it simple
– that we’d all benefit from eating more veg and that eating less meat and dairy (especially the non-organic, produced abroad kind) is going to be worth it.

Frequently Asked Questions
i'm a vegan. do you work with meat and non meat diets?
Yes! The suggested meal plans will come in a vegetarian and non-vegetarian format. As I believe in reducing meat and dairy, many of the meals are veggie or vegan and most can be tailored to be vegan.
I'm not on Facebook. Can I still join in?
Yes you can! The main learning and motivation content is delivered on the membership platform and via email. If you can join the Facebook Group then you will benefit from a little additional support, but you can email me questions to help you through the program.
I have health conditions that my Doctor prescribes for. Can you still help?
Nutritonal Therapy is complimentary to any advice given by your Doctor, and should never be used in replacement to it.
My recipes are essentially following the UK Government guidelines, but you should check that this is an appropriate diet for you with your doctor.
I'm not based in the UK. Can I still join the program?
I’ll be honest, the seasonal aspect, ingredients used etc are aimed at people in the UK market currently. If you’re keen but want to know how aligned our seasons are message me and we can look into it!
Apart from that, this should work for pretty much anywhere. Any calls are generally in the afternoon or evening UK time (US day time) with a replay available so you can catch up even if you can’t fit it in live.
I'm very busy. will i have time to do this?
The idea of this membership is to save you time! Whilst there may be a bit of learning initially, I believe that meal planning is a time saver once you’ve got it mastered.
I’d suggest you sign up for the whole year though so you can get the free course and accelerate your meal planing success!
Is there a refund policy?
Due to the price being so low, there’s no refund policy for the basic membership, but you can always cancel REALLY EASILY in your account – there are no hurdles, just one click! (subject to a minimum three month period).
If you purchase the annual membership and really feel that you’re not getting what you were promised, contact me and we can work something out.
i have children, are these recipes suitable?
I am qualified in Child Nutrition.
These recipes are built to feed 4 adults. Children’s calorie needs are not actually that much lower than an adult’s from around age 7, and their macro’s balance is also similar, making it very easy to use these for families.
The prep tips document that comes with the recipes includes tips and general advice on how to amend my recipes for children.
I do also test my recipes on my children! If you have some fussy eaters in your household they may struggle with some of the recipes, but again, the prep tips document includes some suggestions on how to hide some of the veg in my meals!
How am I qualified to help you?
Following my Biology degree from Cardiff University, I spent a few years in the corporate world in the rat race before coming back to what I love and earning numerous diplomas in Nutrition accredited by the following organisations:
